Shipping & Orders

Great question! I ship 99% of orders from my home in Connecticut. Please note: Mug and 18x24 print orders are shipped by a separate vendor, so production & shipping times can vary. See below for details.  

U.S. Orders (other than mug & 18x24 print orders) Your order will be fulfilled in 1-3 business days. Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time.
• USPS First Class shipping takes 2-5 business days.
• USPS Priority Mail takes 1-3 business days.
• Tattoo and sticker orders (if you've ordered less than 10 units) are shipped via letter and take 5-7 business days

Mug and 18x24 print orders: Your order will be fulfilled in 2-4 business days by a separate vendor. Shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time. The following are their production times:
• Normal schedule: 2-4 business days production time
• Holiday schedule (Nov. 19th thru Dec. 31): 5-7 business days production time

International orders: International orders typically take 10-15 days to arrive, but can take longer depending on location or possible customs delays. Customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you need your order in a hurry, please select the fastest shipping method at checkout.

Due to the nature of our processing system, orders usually cannot be cancelled or altered, but please contact us for more information, and include your order number in your message. 

No worries! If you ordered a mug or an 18x24 print, these items will be shipped separately from the rest of your order. If this scenario does not apply to your order, please contact us and we will assist you further! 

Domestic Orders: If your tracking reads that your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask that you please take the following steps:

1. Check with another member of your household who may have brought the package inside without your knowledge.
2. Search other areas of your home (front porch, back porch, mailbox, side door, garage, etc.)
3. Check with a neighbor to see if it was delivered to the wrong house by mistake.
4. Reach out to your local post office for more information
5. Contact us lindsay@justloveprints.com and include your order number

Please note: Just Love Prints is not responsible for refunding or reshipping (free-of-charge) lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Please contact us  within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo of the damaged item(s) for our records. We will examine each situation on a case by case basis and rectify it lickity-split!

Please contact us within 7 days and we will rectify the situation!

We happily accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of order receipt. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Note: we cannot accept returns for customized or digital download items.

Miscellaneous

No, prints do not come framed. My favorite stores for inexpensive frames are Michaels, A.C. Moore, Hobby Lobby, and Home Goods! If you're looking for "stick frames" I'd recommend Amazon! 

At this time, we only offer 5x7 prints in bulk (for conferences, schools, etc.) Please contact us if you'd like more info.

Yes! Go to our "Custom" collection to find which prints we can customize.

Do you have something special in mind? Contact us to see if we can work it out. 

At this time, I am only able to take requests for custom temporary tattoo orders of 200+ units. 

We can provide special pricing for large orders. Please contact us with your specific inquiry and which item(s) and quantities you are interested in and we will provide you with a quote!
